Mission

The Cheverly Community Forum for Accountability and Action (The Cheverly Forum) is a group of Cheverly neighbors working to advance inclusion, equity, and justice. Our mission is to cultivate relationships, build bridges, and provide platforms to involve those whose stories and perspectives are too often unheard, disregarded, or otherwise crucially missing from public discussion and decision.

Open to all, the Cheverly Forum seeks out and listens to the concerns and ideas of people and organizations aiming to rectify and improve our community life and local government. Accordingly, the Forum raises those voices, nurtures understanding, builds consensus around community priorities, and champions efforts to put them into effect.

Events

The Cheverly Community Forum for Accountability and Action (The Cheverly Forum) hosts free events designed to raise awareness, share stories, and come together as a community in order to form action plans for moving forward together into the summer and years ahead.

Keep reading for information about upcoming events and actions, as well as this recap of our past events.

Not In Our Town

The Cheverly Forum is part of the Not In Our Town network of community organizations who promote inclusion and equity, to make their cities and towns safe from hate and intolerance.
